About Me
My Background
Hello Everyone! I am currently a senior at Michigan State University. I am majoring in Special Education - Learning Disabilities with a focus in English Language Arts and minoring in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages. I am also a member of the Honors College and the Urban Education Immersion Cohort. In my free time, you can find me running events as the Vice President of Membership for the MSU chapter of Kappa Delta Pi. As a strong advocate for the growth mindset philosophy, I can not wait to create a classroom environment where any student who comes through the door feels safe, comfortable, and confident. My biggest goal is to help my students feel like they are able to learn about and improve in any area they want, whenever they want. I hope to teach students in the K-5 range or support students in middle school as a resource room teacher.
